If the range hood fails to work during use, it may be due to the high temperature in your kitchen environment or the long-term use of the range hood. To protect the range hood from damage, the motor will automatically activate thermal protection. Please turn off the power and wait for 10 minutes. After the motor has cooled down, turn it on again and observe its operation. If it still fails to work after restarting, please contact after-sales service for assistance.
