On January 6, 2020, nationwide 80 core installers gathered in Lahore. Focusing on user pain points, they had in depth discussion on Haier Air conditioning installation. Feng Xianfa and Mr. Akbar, Head of Haier Pakistan’s Customer Services, said: “In the past three years, Haier Pakistan’s customer services department has been focused on the establishment of service standards and process systems.”
They said “We will provide customers with quick and professional installation, keeping in view the standards which will solve problems of customers all over Pakistan. We will also provide professional installation of kitchen appliances, integrated delivery of high-end products, and deep cleaning.”
Haier aims to become the first local company to provide free Air Conditioning installation services to 350,000 users in 2020. Haier’s main objective is to cater to all customer problems and facilitate them timely by providing best services.
Mr. Jawed, CEO of Haier and Ruba Manufacturing, appreciated the efforts of Customer Services Department and motivated them to continue with this in future. He awarded the outstanding installers in 2019 who 100% followed company standards. Haier Customer Services Department also announced the incentive policy for outstanding AC installers, 2020.
