Question: How to install the software or App(s) that stored in external SD card

Answer:

1. If there are two memory spaces in phone, one is internal SD (in device itself) and another is external SD (for user extension).

2. Some App(s) can only execute in internal SD card, please try again after copy the App(s) into internal SD

3. If it still fail in installation after copy it to internal SD, please feedback to us the relevant information, we will try to reproduce the issue and analysis it.
