Cause:

1. Water supply failure.

2. Water leaks from inlet pipe joint

3. The water inlet valve blocked.


Solution:

1. Check whether the water pressure is normal and whether the tap is turned on.

2. Reconnect water inlet pipe

3. Clean the water inlet valve with brush
