1. Check the drain hose
· Ensure the drain hose is not clogged or kinked: Inspect the drain hose for any blockages or bends that might hinder water flow. Remove any debris if found.
· Check the height of the drain hose: The end of the drain hose should not be placed too high, as this can affect drainage.
For bottom-drain washing machine,the drain height should be less than 10cm.
For top-drain washing machine, the height of the standpipe or washbasin should be between 0.8-1.2m
2. Check the Power Supply
· Restart the machine: Unplug the washing machine for a few minutes, then plug it back in and try restarting it.
· Inspect the power supply and circuit: Ensure the power outlet and circuit are functioning properly without any tripping or power loss.
3. Check for Error Codes
· Refer to the user manual: If the machine displays an error code, consult the manual for specific information and follow the instructions to resolve the issue.
