Question: Washing machine not working

              Attention: please unplug the power before any operation

              1. Check the Power Supply

                  Cause: The power plug is not properly connected, the power cord is damaged, or the power switch is off.

                  Solution: Check if the power plug is securely connected, inspect the power cord for damage, and ensure the power switch is turned on.

                           2. Top Lid is not closed properly

                 Cause: The top lid is not fully closed

                 Solution: Make sure the lid is completely closed.

       3. Pulsator is not running

     Cause: Pulsator is jammed by a foreign object (e.g., coins, buttons, or small items).
     Solution: Please check and if possible, please remove the foreign object.

            If the above steps do not resolve the problem, please contact the customer service.
