Question: The cooking surface is hot to the touch

Answer:

1. The cooker uses an open flame for heating. During this process, heat is transferred to the  and glass through thermal radiation, and also to the glass through the pot rack, liquid tray, etc., so the cooker surface and  will become hot;

2. Different heat intensities will also result in different degrees of heat generation. Under normal circumstances, the greater the heat intensity, the higher the temperature will be.

3. Using different cookware can also result in different heating effects. Generally, when using cookware with a larger bottom area, the temperature tends to be higher.

4. If the ambient temperature is 25°C and the temperature rise is 35K, then an actual measured temperature less than 60°C (25 + 35) is within the normal range.
