Question: What should I do if the water dispenser has no cold water or fails to cool?

Answer:

Troubleshoot the no-cooling issue in the following priority order, ensure normal power supply before operation:

1. Cooling Switch Check: Confirm the "cooling" switch on the unit is turned on (some models have independent cooling and heating buttons, which need to be pressed separately).

2. Cooling Buffer Waiting:

   - Taking a large amount of cold water continuously in a short time requires the cooling system to buffer and recover. Let it stand for 15-20 minutes before testing;

   - After new startup or restart, the cooling system takes about 30 minutes to reach the set temperature (usually 5-15℃), do not immediately judge a fault.

3. Heat Dissipation Check:

   - Confirm the heat dissipation port on the back of the dispenser is not blocked (at least 10cm from the wall) to avoid reduced cooling efficiency due to poor heat dissipation;

   - In high-temperature summer environments, improve ventilation appropriately (e.g., near a fan) to enhance cooling effect.

Fault Handling:

If there is still no cold water after standing, it may be a cooling compressor or thermostat fault. Do not disassemble by yourself, please contact after-sales for on-site maintenance.
