1.Check whether the TV is in Retail Mode. To do this, press the soft key on the remote control to open the soft keyboard interface, select "Retail Mode," and check whether the status is Off.

2.Check whether ads appear while using a specific app. Try switching to another app to see if the ads still appear. Go to "App Management," disable push notification permissions for the relevant apps or uninstall ad-supported apps, and replace them with ad-free alternatives.

3.If you are watching cable TV or a set-top box signal, the bottom-screen ads may be inserted by the TV station or service provider and are not an issue with the TV itself.

4.If none of the above works, try performing a factory reset (make sure to back up important data first).
