CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY – Haier Products

HAIER WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Following product warranty applicable on Haier Products from customer buying from 1^st Jan-2026.

Warranty of above-mentioned parts will be followed as per warranty terms that are written on each product warranty card.

Territory: This warranty is valid only for services which are being provided in Pakistan.

Validity of warranty: 

It is applied that you are the first/ original purchaser of this unit, provided you have purchased this unit from a Haier Authorized Dealer and it is not transferable.

This card must be properly filled, with date of purchase & dealer stamped and dated at the time of purchase.

Customer must have original instalment receipt & upon the receipt Haier will provide Services on the Products that customer purchased on instalments.

2 – COMPLAINT REGISTERATION PROCEDURE:

 In accordance with that established below, HAIER Pakistan referred to the following as “Haier” offers its customers a product warranty validation period when the Haier Product has been purchased and under normal use.

After registration customer gets two SMS,

1-      Customer gets Complaint number & Service Engineer contact information

2-      Customer gets the complaint number & 4 Digit Satisfaction code.

Customer can share the Satisfaction code with Service Engineer once the service engineer provides resolution of his or her problem.

In case of any service support requirement. It requires original warranty card or original cash memo of the relevant product.

This rule applies to all Haier Products like Air Conditioner, Commercial Air Conditioner (2 ton & 4 ton) Refrigerators, Deep Freezers, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens and LCD / LED, Kitchen & Small Domestic appliance.

Duration: Haier offers the product wise warranty durations to facilitate our valued customers;

It is Customer responsibility to carry Small Appliances like Juicer, Blender, Iron, Toaster, Sandwich Maker & Vacum Cleaner at Service Centre. 

3- LIMITATIONS:

 Haier is not responsible for any service costs due to the following reasons below. The cost of Labor and parts for the intervention may be charged to the customer:

o     Faults due to customer misuse and/or improper use and/or not respecting that stated in the user manual accompanying the product at the time of sale, or due to lightning or other weather phenomena, over/under voltage, Voltage fluctuations, and over current or insufficient or irregular electric power supply, Load shedding, inadequate ventilation, incorrect use or non-compliance with the technical and/or safety requirements in Pakistan. Haier will not be responsible to compensate any damage caused by such products.

o     Faults caused by operations or modifications to the product carried out by an unauthorized person and compensation for any damage caused by such products.

o     Fault or loss from work to be done with ladders, trucks, scaffolding or other lifting systems or equipment.

o     Product is checked / repaired or any part replaced through any unauthorized person or unauthorized service centre.

o     Accidental damage or damage resulting from loss, improper user, or non-use of the product, damage caused by loss of information, stored by the customer in any form, or for loss of food due to failure of the refrigeration system.

o     Failure to follow the Haier Service Engineer advice to the customer on how to operate and maintain the product (instructions are also found in user manual supplied along with each product).

o     Periodic Maintenance like deep maintenance (Complete unit dismantle & cleaning), relocation, re-installation, such services are chargeable as per service tariff chart and must be availed separately

o     If due to customer mishandling, damages, misuse, negligence, natural disaster (Earthquake, Flood, Fire incident etc.), accident, alternation of unit of removal of original serial number will not be accepted under warranty

o     If customer install from unauthorized installer or repair from local market unauthorized service centre causing damage to the unit.
