Haier's new AC hits market with popularity in Bangladesh

In 2021 Haier has launched a new AC with self-clean Anti-Bacterial washing technology in Inverter Segment which gained popularity in Bangladesh Market during the summer season of this year.


Everyone is now worried about additional technicians entering the office or home to repair or clean the AC due to Covid-19. Moreover, it costs Tk 3,000-Tk 5,000 taka to clean the AC 2-3 times a year. Keeping in mind this inconvenience to the customers, Self-Clean technology has been added to all the inverter ACs of Haier. The AC will provide cold air as well as clean itself. Haier AC's energy efficiency ratio is above 3.30 which ensures energy efficiency on one hand and quick clean on the other.


Haier AC's Head of Business & Product Head Engineer Md Ishaque Rony said that Haier AC's Cold Expansion Technology accumulates ice in evaporators and removes viruses and bacteria that have accumulated inside the ice due to anti-bacterial washing technology. This feature has gained popularity with all customers now.


He also said that this year Haier has gained customer popularity in the AC market, with sales up 300 per cent over June 2021 compared to last year. At the moment there are 26 models of AC out of which 8 models are of inverter series, according to a press release.

Haier Bangladesh is looking forward to establish the brand image for AC as “People’s first choice” in the market as professional healthy air solution provider in this year and the coming year as well.
