Troubleshooting

Unlock, exit the fuzzy,when you press the fridge or freezer temperature adjustment key, the characters in the fridge or freezer temperature display zone will flash. At this time you can adjust the temperature of the fridge/freezer storage compartment. After adjustment, if there is no key action in 5 seconds, the displayed value will stop flashing and return to original value to display actual temperature of the fridge/freezer storage compartment.

If  the display panel can’t  be set, or you set the temperature, but the temperature can’t change after 2 hours, please ：

1, Check if your refrigerator is  cooling normally. If it is not cooling, please check the refrigerator refer to the  trouble shooting “Refrigerator not cooling for temperature sensor models”
2, If the display panel can’t be controlled, unplug the refrigerator for 60 seconds and then plug it back in. If it is  still not normal, please call  for service.
