Question: For the LCAC products in the Southeast Asia region, how can the products with the standard WiFi module be bound to a mobile phone?
Answer:
Complete the installation and power on the indoor unit, download Haismart app on the phone. Devices need to be added after registration on the app. When a device is added for the first time, can be discovered by app automatically, but still need to double check the model name, the automatically identified device model is incorrect sometime. If the automatically identified device is incorrect, it is also possible to add it manually. Select the type(Central AC or Wall mounted) - Select the correct indoor unit model - Select the WiFi network to connect to(The WiFi network must be of the 2.4GHz type. Currently, 5GHz or 6GHz are not supported and the bound mobile phone must be connected to the same WiFi as the WiFi module)
