As a partner to the voyage Haier will explore, share and participate in the local lifestyles and intelligent life wisdom on a global scale. The voyage is a testament to celebrate the true spirit of life, innovation and inspiration.
Captain Guo Chuan is a renowned sailor who has won many sailing competition and holds world record of maritime history by sailing uninterrupted, across the arctic northern route. Haier Appliances and Guo Chuan will retrace the maritime silk route with the brand concept of ‘Smart Love for Life.’ Haier by supporting the expedition continues to be the leader of the industry which believes in inspiration, vision, market globalization and technological innovations.
As a partner to the voyage, Haier appliances and Captain Guo Chuan together will explore global life wisdom by retracing the Maritime Silk route, which once bridged the cultural communications. The route for the voyage has started from Shanghai to Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Singapore, Colombo, and reached Mumbai on November 23rd. Captain Guo Chuan will proceed to Genoa on 26th and will further proceed to conclude his journey at Monaco, around Christmas. The voyage epitomizes intellectual love of life and is a testimony of Haier’s brand philosophy of ‘Inspired Living.’ It will not only bridge the gap of cultures and encourage local opinion leaders in an in-depth exploration of life but also reinstate Haier as a front-runner of innovation.
