Haier India strengthens its ‘safety care’ promise to customers; launches industry’s first free Phase Detector Service

New Delhi, 20 September 2018: Haier, the global leader in Home Appliances & Consumer Electronics and World’s Number 1 brand in Major Appliances for 9 Consecutive Years*, today announced the launch of yet another industry first offering for its customers called ‘Phase Detector Service’.

In a bid to strengthen the promise of quality service offerings to its consumers, Haier India has launched a free Phase Detector Service for customers across India. As part of this initiative, Haier customers can get the electrical phases of their homes examined absolutely free of cost whenever Haier engineers visit their place for installations or repairs. This value added service is introduced keeping in mind the electrical grounding issue that most Indian households face today which is a potential risk for them.

Putting consumers at the core of its business, Haier has always been proactively working towards ensuring a better experience even post sales. The brand has set an industry benchmark with its service offerings through country-wide service centres, 24*7 toll free helpline, Dr. FIDO Live Chat option, Mobile Service Vans, Quality AC Installation service and the latest Electric Phase Detection Service.
