Haier India announces extended warranty on all its products amid lockdown

  • Haier India is extending warranty on all its products for two months after the pan-India lockdown is lifted

New Delhi, 26 March 2020: Haier, the global leader in Home Appliances & Consumer Electronics and World’s Number 1 brand in Major Appliances for 11 Consecutive Years*, today announced a range of consumer-centric service initiatives to provide extended support to Haier customers amidst the ongoing nation-wide lockdown. The company has stated that the warranty on all its products expiring in March and April 2020, will be further extended to two months after the lockdown is lifted.

 

Haier India is taking necessary steps for providing effective assistance to its customers to ensure they continue to have a hassle-free experience with their Haier appliances. The warranty extension on products across all categories will provide customers with peace of mind during these tough times. Apart from this, Haier’s service team will be available to remotely to help the customers with their service queries through multiple channels including WhatsApp, Live chat support and Haier Careline on toll-free numbers- 1800-419-9999, 1800-102-9999.

 

From a vast repository available of demo videos, product user manuals and easy troubleshooting information on Haier website, customers can be remotely guided to ensure a seamless knowledge exchange in case of any queries.
