Haier India launches its first Inverter Range of Direct Cool Single Door Refrigerators in Steel and Floral Finish


Introducing Haier’s first inverter range of single door refrigerators which effectively address the concern of limited space by providing 40L more fridge section than any conventional top mount refrigerator of the same capacity

New Delhi, 17 February 2020: Haier, the global leader in Home Appliances & Consumer Electronics and World’s Number 1 brand in Major Appliances for 11 Consecutive Years*, has augmented its refrigerator line-up with the launch of its new range of Single Door Inverter Refrigerators. The new range that is available in HRD-242-E, HRD-2623-E variants promises performance with best in class aesthetics and impressive space management.

With its first Single Door Inverter range, Haier has kept in consideration the concern over limited storage space by providing 242 and 262 Litres capacity and a 40L more fridge section than any conventional Top Mount frost-free refrigerator of the same capacity.

It comes in an alluring design in steel and floral finish to complement the interiors of contemporary Indian kitchens. The new range is adorned with attractive Inox Steel, Black Brush line finish, Red Peony and Marine Peony floral patterns.

Keeping its promise of delivering the best in technology to its customers, the refrigerators are installed with an Inverter Compressor that allows for more energy savings and special airflow vent inside the freezer for better cooling.

The new range comes fully equipped with features such as Bright LED Light to ensure proper visibility, Toughened Glass shelves to ensure the durability of the product, Haier’s flagship Diamond Edge Freezing Technology (DEFT) technology and a Chrome finished crowner design with Chrome finished Handlebar to add a dash of finesse to the overall look of the refrigerators.

With DEFT- Diamond Edge Freezing Technology, the refrigerator is able to provide better cooling retention for increased energy efficiency. The uniquely designed inner edges of the refrigerator in a diamond shape slows down the process of ice melting while further prolonging the cooling retention after a power outage.

Staying true to its commitment to provide energy-efficient appliances to its customers, the new range of refrigerators incorporates 3 Star energy ratings as per new BEE norms 2020. The company has also addressed the challenge of installing a separate voltage stabilizer for the proper functioning of the refrigerator by providing a stabilizer free option within the range of 110V-300V.

Packed with Haier’s cutting-edge technology, the new range of refrigerators comes with Anti-Fungal gasket to maintain hygiene levels by preventing the build-up of fungi and bacteria inside. Additionally, the refrigerators are embedded with a thick PUF insulation that gives high cooling retention while keeping the food fresh and saving a lot of energy.
