This honor reflects validation from both global employees and independent professional bodies, highlighting Haier’s leadership in attracting, developing, and rewarding talent across markets worldwide.

The authority and credibility of the Forbes list stem from its rigorous methodology and scale. Conducted by Forbes in partnership with Statista, the survey covers 300,000+ employees across 50+ countries and regions. Respondents are asked whether they would recommend their employer to friends and family and evaluate companies on compensation, career development, work-life balance, and corporate reputation. They can also rate companies they know through industry knowledge or contacts employed there.
