Question: When I spin one piece of laundry only, the machine will not go to full spin.

Reason:

To avoid abnormal vibration,the machine will test whether the laundry was laid balanceable at the beginning of spin. If it is unbalanced, the machine will spin at low speed. To try to distribute to balance,if can not distribute to balance,it is not go to full spin speed.

Solution:

It is better not to wash only one piece of laundry, or make sure the laundry is well balanced in the drum.
