Question: Is it possible to switch off the freezer compartment only?

Answer:

For Haier refrigerator models,some models' fridge compartment could be switched off only,but the freezer compartment can't.
Caution:If refrigerator has the Holiday function, and when it is in Holiday function,the fridge compartment will  run and it can't be switched off. 
For example, Haier side by side refrigerator HRF-628AF6
