Question: Can I cook vegetables and fish in a Microwave oven?

Answer:

Vegetables and most seafood can be cooked in the microwave.  

You can "steam" whole fish in a microwave all the time, and it comes out fine. The key point is to use the appropriate time and power setting. Please refer user manual to know the detailed procedure.
