Question: Microwave won't turn off

Answer:

If the machine use mechanical control type, pls open the door，the machine will turn off,then pls revolve the timer to zero.

If the machine is electrical control, press cancel one time the machine will stop work, press cancel twice quickly, the program which you chose will be canceled. the machine will stop work.
