Question: SIM card cannot be recognized，When insert the SIM card after Power ON the device, the device cannot reboot and recognized the SIM card automatically.

Answer:

Some of SIM card (especial μSD) cannot be detected.

1. SIM socket may damage by using μSD+riser card, and caused the device can’t recognize the SIM.

2. Recommend to use the general size SIM card. (not μSD)

When insert the SIM card after Power ON the device, the device cannot reboot and recognized the SIM card automatically.

1. If the phone SIM socket designed is push-in/push-out type, and the detection mechanism is allocated at the bottom of SIM connector, the issue may happen if user has not push the SIM card in the right way.
