Question: WiFi Issue ---Cannot link to WiFi AP .The phone cannot link to WiFi AP though the AP signal is excellent or fair
Answer:
1. Please confirm the password has key-in properly and the Wifi AP doesn’t lock the MAC address. (limit permit user)
2. Try to link the WiFi AP by other device to check the problem is caused by the Wifi AP or device itself.
3. Make sure the password user key in is in alpha or numeral type ( ASCII code).
