1. Press and hold power + volume-up key together for 10 seconds; the device will force to shut down, then, try to press the power key again to let device power ON.
2. To ensure the crash problem is not caused by the App(s) that are downloaded from market (the App(s) that are not embedded in the device at the beginning), please remove the 3rd party App(s), and re-download the latest SW version to try again.
