Question: NO network sometimes
Answer:
there must be network connected with each side when make a call. So we must take circumstance as an factor. For example, distance from the BS, buildings shielding, underground channel etc, they all can affect the quality of making a good call.
If such cases happened when you use it normally, then please go to our network work shop to have it detected.
