Question: Special function-door Lock

Answer:

For safety reasons the washing machine door is normally locked during the washing circles. The door lock signal will be shown on the screen; when both drums are under operation then both signals will be shown(fig. 1).

1.To unlock the door during the washing circles touch the pause signal on the screen and open the door after the signal fades out.

2.Under some conditions, e.g. when the water level or temperature in the drum is too high or the drum is still rolling, the door might not be opened even the program is paused. Please note this is a normal situation.

3.You also need to unlock the door to open it during the “delay” period.
