Power On but no action (The indicator light is on)

Before you start ,please confirm the “start/pause” button is pressed. And water has already inlet to setting level. (If water level is not reach the setting level the pulsator will not rotate. Also if ”Pre Soak” program be selected, pulsator will not rotate at the beginning . They are normal phenomena .)
