Start-to-start period of a refrigerator is not constant. It depends on ambient temperature ,food stored and the temperature set. Also, for the refrigerator no display panel, if different thermostats are used, the duty ratio will be different,

but there is min requirement for its start-to-start period. Generally a start-to-start period should not be less than 12 minutes.
