Question: the BM (8*1 convertible) refrigerator no cooling or less cooling

The freezer no cooling：

reason1：set Convertible

If a icon display, it mean the freezer is set Convertible, please press the A button for 3 seconds, the a icon disappear, exit the convertible mode

Reason 2：set the freezer OFF：

Press button D, check if the c icon display OFF, if it display OFF, please set the freezer at -18℃

Freezer less cooling：

If b icon display, it mean the freezer is set Energy Saving, please press the B button for 3 seconds, the b icon disappear, exit the Energy Saving mode

Fridge no cooling：Set the fridge OFF

Press button C, check if the c icon display OFF, if it display OFF, please set the fridge at 5℃
