Question: The ultraviolet germicidal lamp does not work

Reason:


1.      The door was locked.

2.      Bad contact with lamp tube.

3.      Tube damage.

4.      Electronic ballast damaged.

5.      Door switch damaged.

 


Solution：


1.      Instruct users to close the door tightly.

2.      Rotating lamp tube installed in place.

3.      Replace the UV sterilizing lamp.

4.      Replace the ballast.

5.      Replace the door switch.
