Question: Poor dehydration performance, remain water in clothes after washing

Answer:

Question: Poor dehydration performance of drum washing machine

The possible causes and corresponding handling measures:

1. Improper Spin speed setting

Reason:   The user selected a program with low spin speed setting.

Solution:

(1) Increase the Spin speed setting

(2) At the end of washing program, select   the SPIN program separately to perform again.

2. Imbalance of clothing   placement

Reason:   Insufficiently washed clothes or tangled together, causing the inner drum   unable to balance during high spin speed. The washing machine will   automatically reduce the speed o to ensure safety, resulting in water   accumulation.

Solution:   Place the clothes evenly around the inner drum, avoiding stacking together.

3. Blockage or malfunction of the   drainage system

Reason:   This is the most common cause. It could be due to improper placement of the   drainage pipe. Or the drainage pump or pipe being clogged with foreign   objects, preventing the wastewater from flowing out smoothly.

Solution:

(1) Check the drainage pipe: Ensure that   the drainage pipe is not raised (the height of the washing machine drain   outlet should be below 80-100 centimeters), and there is no distortion or   flattening.

(2)Clean the drainage pump: There is   emergency drainage outlet/filter cover at the lower right or lower left   corner of the drum washing machine. Check and remove any foreign objects   inside. After completion, re-tighten. (Note: Please make sure to disconnect   the washing machine power supply fist before cleaning.)

Check the drain pipe opening: Ensure that   the end of the drain pipe inserted into the floor drain is not blocked by   debris.

4. Drain pump malfunction

Reason: If   the drainage system is confirmed to be unobstructed, but the washing machine   still fails to drain water or drains with insufficient force, it may be that   the drain pump malfunction.

Solution: This   situation requires detection furtherly by service technician.
