  • Ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.
  • Supervise and schedule hub staff; monitor performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, and customer service for smooth deliveries.
  • Maintain warehouse standards: safety, cleanliness, and equipment condition.
  • Resolve delivery issues and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare basic operational reports (inventory, orders, manpower)
