Question: The water is not cold enough.

The cold water you take comes from the water tank which is installed in fridge room. It is cooled by fridge room.

Reason1:    Please check if fridge room could be cooling normally;

Solution1:   Please check Trouble shooting "Refrigerator not cooling for temperature sensor models";

Reason2:    As the tank is of limit volume, if you take large amount of water continuously or take much cold water once, it has no enough time to cool the water which just flow into the tank ,so the water you take will not cold enough;

Solution2:   Please do not take water frequently or take much cold water once;

Reason3:   The refrigerator was just powered on and fridge temperature was not reached your desired temperature,or the fridge room is turned off(If your refrigerator has this function).

Solution3:   Please turn on the fridge room,and wait for some time.
Note:Attachment is how to turn on/off fridge room.(If the below models is not your product,you could check user manual also.)

Repress and hold button D three seconds,indicator H will go on,and fridge room is turned on.

Under the lock mode,press button E three seconds,indicator L will go off ,and fridge room is turned off,but the light in fridge room remains operational.
Repress button E three seconds,indicator L will go on,and fridge room is turned on.

Under the lock mode,press and hold button E three seconds,indicator H will go off,and fridge room is turned off,but the light in fridge room remains operational.
Repress button E three seconds,indicator H will go on,and fridge room is turned on.

Under the lock mode,press and hold button A three seconds,indicator G will go off,and fridge room is turned off,but the light in fridge room remains operational.
Repress button A three seconds,indicator G will go on,and fridge room is turned on.
