Answer:

Do not put too much or hot goods in the chamber.                                                        

The temperature should be set a little higher.
For mechanical models:Adjust thermostat on 1-3 position
For temperature sensor models:Adjust temperature about  5-7℃   

Do not open the door too frequently or open much time once.
