Issue:

No power / Power failure

Checking steps:

1. Check if there is a power outage at home: You can do this by turning on the lights or other electrical appliances.

2. Check if the air switch controlling the socket has tripped.

3. Check if the socket is powered on.

4. Check if the power cord of the washing machine is properly plugged in. Try re-plugging it and then test it.

5. Check if the power button of the washing machine has been pressed, or if the knob switch is in the power-on position. Check if the indicator light and display on the washing machine panel are on. If the power button has not been pressed, please press it to start the washing machine.
