Solution

1. Please check whether all the fixing bolts of the washing machine have been removed.

2. Please check whether the motor foam support block of the washing machine has been removed.

3. Please check whether the bottom corners of the washing machine are leveled.

4. Please check whether the washed clothes are evenly distributed.

5. Please check if it is a normal sound from the motor.
