The drum clean function use high-temperature water flow (approximately 90℃) and specific procedures to remove residual dirt, mold, and detergent residues from the inner cylinder, cleaning the internal dirt of the washing machine and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the washing cylinder interior.
2. Usage Instructions for Cleaning the drum:
Operation: Do not load any clothes. Remove accidentally washed metal parts such as pins, coins, etc. from the drum because they cause rust stains and damage. Select the DRUM CLEAN (some models mark as "Self-Clean" ) program (if available for your model).
Detergent addition: Add a small detergent in the washing agent compartment. Some models require the use of a specific cleaning detergent / cleaner addition. Please refer to the manual of your machine model.
Note:
Do not use any hard objects or steel wool for cleaning.
Recommend running the program DRUM CLEAN with no load for regular maintenance to remove possible corruptive residues from time to time.
Regular cleaning can extend the lifespan of the washing machine. It is recommended to do this once a month.
Observe the warning hints on the machine.
3. Running duration
The drum clean usually lasts for 1 to 2 hours. There are variations among different models. The exact duration, please refer to the information shown on the display area of control panel.
