Reason：

This is the indoor unit not match with outdoor unit

 

Solution：

This may be caused by:

1. Not match between indoor unit and outdoor unit.

2. Indoor unit PCB or outdoor unit PCB fault.

3. The connection cable is fault.

This problem should be handled by service engineers.
