Question: When the Netflix app fails to launch

Solution:

Open Dashboard - All settings - System - About - System update, detect the upgrade files Manually.

After download the upgrade package, select "Restart now", and the TV will start the upgrade process.  

Once the upgrade is complete, Netflix will resume normal.
