First locate the water leakage point for targeted handling. Be sure to disconnect the power supply before operation:
1. Drain Valve Leakage:
- Cause: Drain valve not tightened, aging seal ring, or damaged valve;
- Solution: Gently tighten the drain valve with a wrench (be careful with force to avoid thread slipping); if leakage persists, replace the seal ring or valve (after-sales operation).
2. Internal Pipeline Leakage:
- Phenomenon: Water seeps from the bottom or side of the unit, no obvious external leakage point;
- Cause: Loose or broken internal connecting pipelines, or poor joint sealing;
- Solution: Stop use immediately, contact after-sales for on-site pipeline testing and replacement of damaged parts.
3. Water Bucket Issue:
- Cause: Damaged bucket mouth, loose seal cover, or poor sealing between the "smart seat" and bucket mouth;
- Solution: Replace with a new water bucket, check if the "smart seat" seal ring is intact (replace if missing or damaged).
Safety Tips:
- Prohibit the use of heating function during leakage to avoid electric shock risk;
- Wipe the unit dry with a dry cloth and keep the surrounding environment dry.
