Haier Johor Bahru Mini Parts Hub Announcement

To All Valued Haier Dealers and Service Partners, 

We have the pleasure to announce the opening of our new mini parts hub located in Johor Bahru, and it will start its operation from 27th May 2024.

 

With this development, Haier will be able to provide faster, efficient service for all Haier spare parts, warranty service parts order and supply transactions.

 

Below are the step-by-step guidelines for your understanding:

 

A. For Parts/ Accessory Sales:

1. Purchaser contacts Haier Parts Admin via WhatsApp (priority) or e-mail

    - Basic information required: parts description/ parts number, product model code,

      quantity required, delivery contact and full address   

 

2. Parts Admin will update and notify on the parts availability and selling price (dealer price)

 

3. Purchaser need to make payment to Haier. Bank account details:

    - Appointed Bank             : Maybank

    - Account No.                   : 514039000102

    - Company Name             : Haier Electrical Appliances (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.

 

4. Purchaser need to provide bank-in slip to Parts Admin via WhatsApp with mandatory info

     below listed:

     - Haier Maybank Account No.     

     - Total bank-in amount

     - Transaction date

    

5. Parts admin will check on payment status, and provide delivery information (courier service)

    - ETD = within 3 to 5 working days (with on-hand stock), 1 to 2 months (if it is out of stock)

    - Self-pick-up from JB Mini Parts Hub is on case-by-case basis.

 

 6. All transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR)

 

B. For Accessory Claims: shortage/damage/broken when open box

1. Dealer to submit claim request to Haier sales personnel

2. The sales personnel will forward dealer’s claim to Parts Admin

3. Accessory claim fulfillment is subject to management approval

4. Dealer/Haier sales personnel need to provide mandatory info in writing to Parts Admin via

    WhatsApp or e-mail:

     i. Customer’s purchase receipt / Haier invoice

     ii. Product Model & Serial Number

     iii. Photo/ screenshot of the product label sticked on the physical unit

     iv. Dealer’s company name, delivery address, contact person name and contact number

     -Parts Admin fulfills replacement item for approved case or notifies Sales for rejected case.  

 

C. Parts Order by Haier Authorized Service Center (ASC) for Haier warranty service job

1. ASC need to follow Haier’s Service GCC system guidelines to perform and complete the parts process in GCC

    - Parts delivery to ASC by courier service or ASC self-pick-up (urgent case only)

    - Self-pick-up will only be allowed when ASC has completed the order in GCC system
