On July 6th, the "2025 Flying Colours" marathon jointly organized by JCI Pearl and Haier Malaysia took place in Batu Kawan. The event featured a 10km competitive race and a 3km family fun run, attracting over 4,000 participants including runners and family members.

Notably, Haier Malaysia offered exclusive slots for the men's and women's champions of the 10km race to compete in the 2025 Qingdao International Marathon in China, adding a unique highlight to the event.

Marking its first integration with "Global Day of Parents", the marathon promoted intergenerational communication and family bonding values. Haier specially designed a parent-child interaction zone centered on "communication, cooperation, and trust", encouraging families to strengthen relationships through sports activities.

On-site, Haier also set up a booth. High-end products such as the 5-star inverter UV COOL air conditioner, the ALL FRESH preservation series T-door refrigerator, the L+ premium washing machine, and the QLED smart TV attracted much attention. After the race, participants could take part in fun interactive games in the exhibition area, such as the Haier TV virtual race challenge and the air conditioner's healthy air gun challenge, allowing them to experience the cutting-edge features of the products up close and helping to enhance the brand's influence.

Thanks to its products and services that cater to local user needs, Haier Malaysia achieved a 21% year-on-year growth in overall sales revenue in June, outpacing industry growth rates, with washing machine sales up 24% and refrigerator sales rising 22%.

The success of this marathon event not only demonstrates Haier Malaysia's commitment to deepening its roots in the local market but also embodies its "zero-distance from users" philosophy by integrating sports with smart living scenarios. Moving forward, Haier Malaysia will continue to enhance emotional connections with Southeast Asian consumers through innovative product experiences and community engagement, creating a smarter and better life for its users.
