Haier Malaysia's HR Transformation Journey – Growing Together, Achieving Together

Since 2023, Haier Malaysia's Human Resources department has embarked on a continuous transformation journey to strengthen HR practices, enhance employee experience, retain talent and foster a stronger people-centric workplace culture.

Through close collaboration with management and employees, we have continued to align HR strategies with business growth, nurture future leaders, strengthen talent development and drive meaningful organisational change.

Our commitment and efforts were recognised at the HRO HR Excellence Awards 2026, held on 30 October 2026, where Haier Malaysia proudly secured 2 Bronze Awards and 5 finalist nominations, competing alongside leading multinational corporations (MNCs) and established corporate groups in Malaysia.

This achievement is a testament to the dedication, commitment and teamwork of our HR team and the entire Haier Malaysia family. It inspires us to continuously improve, embrace change and empower our people as we work towards achieving our shared business goals.
