This Double Happiness promotion (“Promotion”) shall run from 13 th December 2019 to 31 st January 2020 (“Promotion Period”) or while the stock of the Participating Models last, whichever is earlier.
Haier Electrical Appliances Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Haier”) shall reserve the right to extend, shorten or discontinue the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.
This Promotion shall be valid at Haier’s authorized retailers who are participating outlets only.
Purchase any of the Participating Models during the Promotion Period to receive any of the free gift(s).
The free gift(s) for this promotion shall be on a “first come, first served” basis and while stocks last only.
The free gift(s) is not redeemable for cash or in kind, not exchangeable or transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
Haier reserve the right to change the free gift(s) with any other product during the Promotion Period as it deems fit.
All pictures and/or images of the Participating Models and free gift(s) found in any advertising and marketing materials for this Promotion are for illustration purposes only and may be different from the actual product.
Haier reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law.
Haier shall not be liable to any participating parties or any third party for any costs, expenses, damages, liability and/or injury arising out of or in any way connected with this Promotion.
By participating in this Promotion, the consumer hereby expressly agrees to allow Haier Malaysia or its participating outlets to collect personal data and/or information disclosed during this Promotion Period for internal processing purposes.
The terms and conditions of this Promotion, including any amendment, alteration or changes made by Haier thereafter, shall be valid and binding on all participating parties, which includes the participating outlets and the consumer.
