Terms & conditions

Haier #MagicCoolingMagicNowMY TikTok Challenge Contest Terms and Conditions:

1. This "#MagicCoolingMagicNowMY TikTok Challenge Contest" ("Contest") is organised by Haier Electrical Appliances (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd ("Haier Malaysia") and shall run from 6th November 2020 to 30th November 2020, 11:59pm ("Contest Period").

2. Haier Malaysia shall reserve the right to extend, shorten or discontinue the Contest Period at its sole discretion.

3. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or above to participate in this Contest.

4. This contest is only open to Malaysian residents and Malaysia PRs, except Haier Malaysia's employees.

5. All prize winners will be announced by 12th December 2020.

6. The winners will be announced by way of postings on Haier Malaysia's TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram page.

7. The winners must contact Haier Malaysia on Haier Malaysia's Facebook page to redeem the prize.

8. To redeem the prize, the winner must present his/her identification card number or passport bearing the name and number corresponding to the information given/user handle used in the contest submission. Haier Malaysia may, at its sole and absolute discretion, declare any entry void if the winner fails to produce such proper identification documents.

9. Winners of the Contest undertake to provide truthful and accurate information and/or personal data to Haier Malaysia and/or its authorised agents for purpose of validating their participation in the Contest and/or for redeeming and claiming the prizes to the Contest.

10. By participating in this Contest, all participants consent to all corresponding requirements in the processing of personal data, if any, by Haier Malaysia and/or its authorised agents, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. 11. Haier Malaysia shall not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries, including without limitation, entries not timely received due to telephone failures, Internet failures and disruptions, and ISP problems. Incomplete information and failure to comply with the Contest requirement may result in disqualification of entry.

12. Upon acceptance of the prize by the winners, the winners shall be deemed to have expressly consented to Haier Malaysia's subsequent use of information such as the winners' name, email addresses, pictures and prizes for publicity, advertising, marketing, promotional events and/or any other purposes and programmes henceforth.

13. Haier Malaysia shall have the right to replace any winner with another if any winner is disqualified for any reason whatsoever.

14. Haier Malaysia reserves its rights to determine an outcome and act as it deems fit in any dispute(s).

15. Haier Malaysia reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law.

16. All the terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Haier Malaysia 11.11 Consumer Promotion Campaign Terms and Conditions:

1. This "Haier Malaysia 11.11.20" promotion ("Promotion") shall run on 11th November 2020 only ("Promotion Period") or while stocks of the Participating Models last, whichever is earlier.

2. Haier Electrical Appliances Malaysia Sdn Bhd ("Haier Malaysia") shall reserve the right to extend, shorten or discontinue the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.

3. This Promotion shall be valid at Haier Malaysia's authorised retailers that are considered as participating outlets only.

4. Purchase any of the selected Participating Models during the Promotion Period to receive any of the corresponding free rebate or gift(s).

5. The free gift(s) for this promotion shall be on a "first come, first served" basis and while stocks last only.

6. The free gift(s) or rebate are not redeemable for cash or in kind, not exchangeable or transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

7. Haier Malaysia reserves the right to change the free gift(s) or rebate with any other items during the Promotion Period as it deems fit.

8. All pictures and/or images of the Participating Models and free gift(s) found in any advertising and marketing materials for this Promotion are for illustration purposes only and may be different from the actual product.

9. Haier Malaysia reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law.

10. Haier Malaysia shall not be liable to any participating parties or any third party for any costs, expenses, damages, liability and/or injury arising out of or in any way connected with this Promotion.
