Haier Brand Shop Happy Harvest Promotion Terms & Conditions
The Brand Shop Happy Harvest Promotion (“Campaign”) is organized by Haier Electrical Appliances (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Haier”). By participating in this Campaign, Participant are deemed to have read and understand the terms and conditions of the Campaign and agree to abide by them.
This Campaign will commence from 27th May 2022 until 12th June 2022 (“Campaign Period”).
a. This Campaign is open to all individual residing in Malaysia and aged 18 years old and above. (“Participant”).
b. Permanent and contract employees, representatives, dealer, and agents of Haier and the immediate family members (i.e. spouse, children, parents, parent in law, brothers, sisters) thereof is not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
a. Purchase any Haier product from Haier Brand Shop in East Malaysia throughout the Campaign Period
b. Minimum purchase amount of RM1,500 and above on Haier product in a single receipt is entitled for KFC vouchers as stated below and is subject to limited available quantity (unit) for redemption based on first come first serve basis.
c. Redemption period starts from 27th May 2022 until 12th June 2022.

5. General Terms and Conditions
a. The vouchers are not redeemable for cash or in kind, not exchangeable or transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
b. Haier reserve the right to change the vouchers with any other items as it deems fit.
c. All pictures and/or images of the products/vouchers found in any advertising and marketing materials for this Campaign are for illustration purposes only and may be different from the actual product.
d. Haier reserves the sole and absolute right upon giving reasonable notice to alter, shorten, cancel, suspend or terminate this Campaign or any part thereof through any mode in the absolute discretion of Haier.
e. For the avoidance of doubt, the alteration, shortening or suspension of the Campaign Period or the suspension or termination of this Campaign by Haier shall not give rise to any claim or compensation by you or any other persons whatsoever against Haier for any losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the alteration, shortening, cancellation, suspension or termination.
f. Haier shall not be liable for any losses, damages or cost incurred or suffered by any clients as a result of your participation in this Campaign. Furthermore, Haier shall not be liable for any default of its obligation under this Campaign due to any force majeure event which includes but not limited to the act of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of Haier.
g. The terms and conditions of this Campaign shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
h. Haier may at its discretion disqualify/reject any Participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions stated herein and/or found or suspected of tampering with this Campaign and/or its process or the operations of this Campaign. Tampering shall include fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to this Campaign and/or Haier’s social media platforms.
i. Any such variation of any of the terms and conditions herein shall be binding on you and be deemed to be brought to your attention through any notice displayed at Haier’s website or Haier’s social media platforms.
j. By participating in this Campaign, you agree and consent to allow your personal data being collected, processed and used by Haier in accordance with Haier’s Privacy Notice, which may be viewed on www.haier.com/my, as may be revised or amended or supplemented from time to time (“Haier’s Privacy Notice”).
