Riuh Raya Bersama Haier Campaign Terms & Conditions

Celebration Time Campaign(“Campaign”) is organized by Haier Electrical Appliances (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Haier”). By participating in this Campaign, Participant are deemed to have read and understand the terms and conditions of the Campaign and agree to abide by them.

1.     Campaign Period

This Campaign will commence from 15^th March 2023 until 31^st May 2023 (“Campaign Period”).

2.     Eligibility

a.       This Campaign is open to all individual residing in Malaysia and aged 18 years old and above. (“Participant”).

b.       Permanent and contract employees, representatives, dealer, and agents of Haier and the immediate family members (i.e. spouse, children, parents, parent in law, brothers, sisters) thereof is not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

3.      How to Participate – Gift with Purchase

a.      Purchase selected Haier products (“Eligible Model”) stated below throughout the Campaign Period at all Haier’s dealer outlet excluding hypermarkets.

b.      Every purchase of the Eligible Model is entitled for one (1) free gift as stated below (“Free Gift”) and is subject to limited available quantity (unit) for redemption based on first come first serve basis.

c.       Redemption period starts from 15^th March 2023 until 31^st May 2023.

Eligible Model and Free Gift

1.      How to Participate – Free Touch ‘n Go Credit for Total Spending

a.      Every total spend on Haier products in a single receipt based on the “Spending Tiers” as stated below is entitled for one (1) free gift as stated below (“Free Gift”) and is subject to limited available quantity (unit) for redemption based on first come first serve basis.

b.       Participant is required to click on the Google Form link or scan the QR Code below to submit details and upload receipt

Spending Tier and Free Gift

1.      How to Participate – Spend & Win Contest

a.      Spend a minimum of RM500 in a single receipt on Haier products throughout the Campaign Period at all Haier’s dealer outlet excluding hypermarkets.

b.       Participant is required to click on the Google Form link or scan the QR Code below to submit details and upload receipt

a.       One receipt is equivalent to one lucky draw entry. Participant may submit multiples entries.

b.       Submission period starts from 15^th March 2023 until 31^st May 2023.

1.     Selection of Winners

         a.   The Spend & Win contest winner announcement will be posted on Haier Facebook page on 30th June 2023.

         b.   Winners will be selected via an automated selection system in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 6.

 c.   The winners will be contacted individually via telephone, WhatsApps, or email.

Categories of Prizes

2.      General Terms & Conditions

a.     The Free Gift are not redeemable for cash or in kind, not exchangeable or transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

b.     Haier reserves the right to change the Free Gift with any other items as it deems fit.

c.     In the event Haier is unable to reach the Spend & Win contest winners, the winners shall be disqualified from this Campaign and shall not be entitled to any prizes.

d.     Haier reserves the right to request relevant documentation or written proof of identification, age and place of residence of the Spend & Win contest winners prior to the collection of their respective prizes.

e.     The Spend & Win contest prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or vouchers and will only be given to the winners as verified by Haier.

f.      Haier may at its discretion disqualify/reject any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions stated herein and/or found or suspected of tampering with this Campaign and/or its process or the operations of this Campaign. Tampering shall include fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to this Campaign.

g.     All prices and values stated herein are correct at the time of printing. Eligible Model, Free Gift and Spend & Win contest prizes images shown in any marketing and advertisement materials are for illustration purposes only and may vary in certain aspects from the actual products or prizes received.

h.     Haier reserves the sole and absolute right to substitute any prizes with any other item(s) of similar value which Haier will notify the winners through any method of communication that Haier shall at its absolute discretion decide.  

i.      Haier reserves the sole and absolute right upon giving reasonable notice to alter, shorten, cancel, suspend or terminate this Campaign or any part thereof through any mode in the absolute discretion of Haier.

j.      Any such variation of any of the terms and conditions herein shall be binding on you and be deemed to be brought to your attention through any notice displayed at Haier’s website or Haier’s social media platforms. 

k.     By participating in this Campaign, you agree and consent to allow your personal data being collected, processed and used by Haier in accordance with Haier’s Privacy Notice, which may be viewed on www.haier.com/my, as may be revised or amended or supplemented from time to time (“Haier’s Privacy Notice”).

l.      For the avoidance of doubt, the alteration, shortening or suspension of the Campaign Period or the suspension or termination of this Campaign by Haier shall not give rise to any claim or compensation by you or any other persons whatsoever against Haier for any losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the alteration, shortening, cancellation, suspension or termination. 

m.   Haier shall not be liable for any losses, damages or cost incurred or suffered by any clients as a result of your participation in this Campaign. Furthermore, Haier shall not be liable for any default of its obligation under this Campaign due to any force majeure event which includes but not limited to the act of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of Haier. 

n.     The terms and conditions of this Campaign shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
