Haier Ride & Win Giveaway

The Haier Ride & Win Giveaway (“Contest”) is organized by Haier Electrical Appliances (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Haier”). By participating in this Contest, Participant are deemed to have read and understand the terms and conditions of the Contest and agree to abide by them.

Contest Period

1. This Contest will commence from 20th August 2023 until 20st September 2023 (“Contest Period”).

Eligibility

1. This Contest is open to all individual residing in Malaysia and aged 18 years old and above. (“Participant”).

2. Permanent and contract employees, representatives, dealer, and agents of Haier and the immediate family members (i.e. spouse, children, parents, parent-in-law, brothers, sisters) thereof is not eligible to participate in this Contest.

How to Join

Each platform, namely, Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok (Collectively referred to as “Platform”) has different entry methods

Facebook

1. Like Haier Malaysia’s Facebook Page;

2. Snap one (1) photo with the exterior or interior of Haier LRT at any stations of LRT Kelana Jaya Line or lightboxes of Haier at the designated 8 LRT stations along the LRT Kelana Jaya Line; and

3. Post the photo in the comments and share the post on your Facebook wall.

Instagram

1. Follow Haier Malaysia on Instagram;

2. Snap one (1) photo with the exterior or interior of Haier LRT at any stations of LRT Kelana Jaya Line or lightboxes of Haier at the designated 8 LRT stations along the LRT Kelana Jaya Line; and

3. Post the photo on your Instagram feed and tag Haier Malaysia; and

4. Share the post to your Instagram stories and tag/mention Haier Malaysia.

TikTok

1. Follow Haier Malaysia on TikTok;
2. Snap one (1) photo with the exterior or interior of Haier LRT at any stations of LRT Kelana Jaya Line or lightboxes of Haier at the designated 8 LRT stations along the LRT Kelana Jaya Line; and
3. Post the photo & tag Haier Malaysia on your Tik Tok.

Selection of Winners

1. Total of 72 Winners will be selected from the Platform based on creativity and steps to join to win the Prizes. The Contest’s winner list will be announced on the Haier Malaysia’s Instagram page by 30th September 2023.

2. Winners shall send the required details mentioned in the winner announcement to Instagram / Facebook / TikTok before 7th October 2023 after the winner announcement has been made.

General Terms and Conditions

1. In the event Winners did not respond the required details on or before 7th October 2023, the winners shall be disqualified from this Contest and shall not be entitled to any prizes.

2. The prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or vouchers and will only be given to the winners as verified by Haier.

3. Prizes images shown in any marketing and advertisement materials are for illustration purposes only and may vary in certain aspects from the actual prizes received. Haier reserves the sole and absolute right to substitute any prizes with any other item(s) of similar value which Haier will notify the winners through any method of communication that Haier shall at its absolute discretion decide.

4. Haier may at its discretion disqualify/reject any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions stated herein and/or found or suspected of tampering with this Contest and/or its process or the operations of this Contest. Tampering shall include fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to this Contest.

5. Haier reserves the sole and absolute right upon giving reasonable notice to alter, shorten, cancel, suspend or terminate this Contest or any part thereof through any mode in the absolute discretion of Haier.

6. Any such variation of any of the terms and conditions herein shall be binding on you and be deemed to be brought to your attention through any notice displayed at Haier’s website or Haier’s social media platforms.

Decisions/results on all matters related to the Contest made by the Haier shall be final and binding in all respects. No further correspondence or attempts to dispute such decisions/ results shall be entertained.

By participating in this Contest, you agree and consent to allow your personal data being collected, processed and used by Haier in accordance with Haier’s Privacy Notice, which may be viewed on www.haier.com/my, as may be revised or amended or supplemented from time to time (“Haier’s Privacy Notice”).
