TNG Boost Bonanza Haier Promotion Terms & Conditions
The TNG Boost Bonanza Promotion (“campaign”) is organized by Haier Electrical Appliances (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Haier”). By participating in this Campaign, Participant are deemed to have read and understand the terms and conditions of the Campaign and agree to abide by them. Occasionally, we will carry out lucky draw when you make purchases for qualifying items, orders or services. The terms and conditions below govern the free gift offers/promotions on this site, we encourage all to read through with care to avoid any misunderstanding and dispute.
General
a. The following terms and conditions (“TnC”) shall apply to Haier TNG Boost Bonanza Promotion Contest. (“the campaign”)
b. For the purpose of this promotion TnC, Organisers collectively means Haier Electrical Appliances (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Haier”)
c. The campaign is subjected to the TnC stated herein and the Organiser reserves the right to vary, add, modify and/or alter these TnC as and when it deems ft. Such variations may be communicated through mode of communication deemed suitable by the Organiser. Participants are also encouraged to regularly check the Haier’s official Facebook page to ensure conformity with the latest TnC.
d. Participation in the campaign constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these TnC.
This Campaign will commence from 1st May 2025 and ends on 31st May 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
a. This Campaign is open to all Haier’s customer (end-users) in Malaysia and aged 18 years old and above. (“Participant”).
b. Permanent and contract employees, representatives, dealer, and agents of Haier and the immediate family members (i.e., spouse, children, parents, parent-in-law, brothers, sisters) thereof is not eligible to participate in this campaign.
c. The organisers reserve the right to revoke the registration of any Participant found to be ineligible to join the campaign.
d. Each model has limited set to purchase and redeem the TNG credit rebate.
e. Each participant is entitled to redeem maximum three (3) sets of TNG credit rebate.

Process
a. Purchase Haier’s product
- To join in this campaign, Participant must purchase the selected Haier Product with purchase any selected model in the TNG Boost Bonanza promotion brochure from Haier authorized dealer shop, throughout the campaign period.
b. Scan QR code and submit redemption form
- To participate the campaign, Participant is required to submit a redemption form or scan the provided QR Code and upload the proof of purchase.
- Redemption period starts from 1st May 2025 and ends on 31st May 2025.
- Form submission period starts from 1st May 2025 and ends on 6th Jun 2025.
c. Redemption Phase
- Participants register their details in the redemption form via QR code.
- Participants must submit the proof of purchase in the redemption form.
- One invoice/receipt with purchase any one selected model equivalent to one (1) time redeem only.
- Only one (1) time redeem per invoice on all Haier product with the purchase of any selected model for the duration of this campaign period is allowed. Participant may submit multiples invoices to get the entries.
- Each participant is entitled to redeem three (3) sets of TNG credit rebate per selected model.

a. The Prize(s) for this campaign is non-transferable, and also cannot be substituted with any other item, cash, or credit.
b. All prize(s) with purchase are on first come, first serve basis, while stock last.
c. If a customer wishes to return an order/ item which qualifies for a prize(s), the transaction can only be refunded if the gift with purchased item is also returned.
d. Haier reserves the right to amend this terms and conditions without prior notice.
e. The free gift(s)/promotions are only valid for specific campaigns and may not be valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, unless otherwise stated.
f. In the event of any disparity and dispute, the final decision will always be Haier's prerogative.
a. The prize will be awarded to the consumer(s) in 30 – 60 days from the date of the end of campaign. The prize distribution timeline is subject to change based on stock availability and other unforeseen circumstances. While we will make every effort to adhere to the specified timelines, winners acknowledge that delays may occur, and any updates will be communicated via e-mail. Further details regarding the prize giveaway will be communicated to the winner(s) including the venue and time of the prize collection.
b. All consumer must abide by the terms and conditions of the parties arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.
c. The Organisers shall not be liable and/or responsible for any loss of or damage to the prize once it has been received and/or collected by the consumer(s).
d. In the event the consumer chooses not to accept a prize, they will disclaim all rights, interests and claims to that prize and the prize will be dealt with according to the sole and absolute discretion of the Organisers.
e. Haier reserves the sole and absolute right to substitute any prize with any other item(s) of similar value which Haier will notify the consumer through any method of communication that Haier shall at its absolute discretion decide.
f. The Organisers reserve the right to request relevant documentation or written proof of identification, age and place of residence of the consumer(s) prior to the collection of their respective prizes.
g. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items. The Organisers reserve the right to substitute any of the prizes with items of equivalent value without prior notice.
h. The consumer is encouraged to publicly share the prize on their social media platforms and tag the official Haier page as per the TnC.
a. The Organiser reserve the right to amend the campaign period and the campaign mechanics at any time without prior notice. All redemption received after the campaign period will be automatically disqualified.
b. The organiser reserves the sole and absolute right upon giving reasonable notice to alter, shorten, cancel, suspend or terminate this Campaign or any part thereof through any mode in the absolute discretion of Haier.
c. For the avoidance of doubt, the alteration, shortening or suspension of the Campaign Period or the suspension or termination of this Campaign by Haier shall not give rise to any claim or compensation by you or any other persons whatsoever against Haier for any losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the alteration, shortening, cancellation, suspension or termination.
d. The organiser reserves the right to change any of these TnC and/or replace the prize from time to time without prior notice.
e. By participating in this draw, the participant hereby consents to the Organisers to use, publish, exhibit, and display participants’ name, the last four digits of the ID number, image and comments in any nature or form of documentation, advertising and promotional purpose in any form of media and any reasonable manner it sees fit without additional compensation. The participants are not eligible to claim any proprietary right thereto.
f. Haier shall not be liable for any losses, damages or cost incurred or suffered by any clients as a result of your participation in this Campaign. Furthermore, Haier shall not be liable for any default of its obligation under this Campaign due to any force majeure event which includes but not limited to the act of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, outbreak of disease or any event beyond the reasonable control of Haier.
g. The Organiser may at its sole discretion disqualify/reject any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions stated herein and/or found or suspected of tampering with this Campaign and/or its process or the operations of this Campaign. Tampering shall include fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to this Campaign and/or Haier’s social media platforms.
h. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final, absolute and binding on the participants. No correspondence, enquiries, appeals, challenge, or discussion with respect to any decision or determination made the Organisers will be entertained.
i. Any such variation of any of the terms and conditions herein shall be binding on you and be deemed to be brought to your attention through any notice displayed at Haier’s website or Haier’s social media platforms.
j. By participating in this Campaign, you agree and consent to allow your personal data being collected, processed and used by Haier in accordance with Haier’s Privacy Notice, which may be viewed on www.haier.com/my, as may be revised or amended or supplemented from time to time (“Haier’s Privacy Notice”).
k. The terms and conditions of the promotion shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
This Campaign consist of only one-tier mechanic, namely, Gift with Purchase through redemption.
Gift with Purchase
a. Purchase the selected Haier Product from our authorized dealer shop, throughout the Campaign Period.
b. Every purchase of the selected Haier Product is entitled for one (1) free gift as stated below (“Free Gift”) and is subject to limited available quantity (unit) for redemption based on first come first serve basis.
c. Redemption period starts from 1st May 2025 – 31st May 2025.
d. Each model has limited unit to purchase.
e. Participant is required to submit a google form at (google form link) or scan the provided QR Code and upload the proof of purchase with invoice and product series number.

** Verification Redemption Form and delivery process will took up 60 to 90 days.

b. All gift(s) are valid within the campaign period ONLY. All claims beyond the specific period will be consider void and will not be entertained.
c.
